The new ROUGH ROCK JACKET is a high performance alpine shell that delivers amazing climate comfort. Designed for alpinists who expect more from their mountain jacket than just stripped down weather protection, with its mid-length cut, venting pit zips, four generous pockets (positioned above the waist belt level for easy access) and reinforced wear zones, this is the go-to jacket for long and demanding alpine routes.

The jacket consists of two complementary 3-layer weather protection laminates. The main fabric is dynamically breathable TEXAPORE AIR O3+. In addition to the usual TEXAPORE attributes, this fabric is also air permeable. Air exchange occurs over the entire surface of the fabric, a process that accelerates with increased physical activity. In other words, the more active you are, the better the breathability of the jacket �C a real plus in terms of wear comfort.

At the critical zones of the shoulders, outer sleeve panels and waist, where greater durability and waterproofness are required, we have used extremely robust, high breathability TEXAPORE O2 TASLITE. It is this combination of fabrics that keeps the weight of the ROUGH ROCK JACKET relatively low (670 g in size L), in spite of the technical detailing.

A key feature is the ��helmet hood', which can be zip-attached to the collar of the jacket at two different heights, with more volume to accommodate a climbing helmet.
