For waterproofing and breathability we use a TEXAPORE O3 membrane. And the permanent air exchange through the VSS ventilation system makes a huge difference on longer alpine routes or treks.

The state-of-the art QUADRO ZONIC sole was developed in co-operation with VIBRAM specifically to meet the demands of tough mountain hikes, via ferrata and treks. It comprises four different zones for precision on small footholds (e.g. on via ferratas), good grip and superb stability and support on varied terrain and steep descents.
