This coat was a joke from the beginning, it arrived with broke. Adjustors for the inside of the coat and for the Hoodia part. They all had springs busted out if them. I still kept it because it is a warm coat but the arms seem lower than a normal human. At first I thought it was just me but I've had other try it on and they said you can't move your arms very good in it. So just today December 24th 2017 the right arms stitching ripped apart from the back of the coat. This coat is a joke and I will unfortunately have to spend more money for a new coat.
